Research Interests

I’m a cognitive neuroscientist with expertise in a variety of structural and functional neuroimaging techniques including DTI, MRI, and PET. I also have experience working behaviorally with clinical and non-clinical human subjects and large, behaviorally complex animal species. I’m interested in the relationship between brain structure and function, particularly in the evolution of neural adaptations to support complex cognitive, behavioral, and affective functions like social learning, tool use, and social perception.
